摘要
Abstract
Objective:To the investigate the early cognitive dysfunction of elderly unstable femoral frac-tures between coarse patients after the operation by dexmedetomidine hydroch.Method:Eighty-eight elder-ly unstable femoral fractures between coarse patients who were treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital fromFebruary 2011 to February 2013 were chosen as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table.The anesthetic effects and postopera-tivecognitive functionwere compared between the two groups.Result:In the whole process of surgery, there were no bradycardia,apnea,skeletal muscle stiffness and myoclonus,the anesthesia time, operating time,the total amount of sufentanil and propofol were lower in the experimental group than that in the control group( P<0.05),the spontaneous breathing recovery time, open eyes time and extubation time were higher in the ex-perimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunc-tion were lower in the experimental group than that in the control group ( 2 .27% vs 15 .91%, P<0 .05 ) . Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine hydroch can reduce early cognitive dysfunction of elderly unstable femoral fractures between coarse patients after the operation ,it is worth promoting .关键词
