摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of human chorionic gonadotrophin-β(β-HCG) and progesterone in pregnancy women of ectopic pregnancy ( EP) and explore its clinical significance .Method:A total of 56 pregnancy women of EP were enrolled in the study .Another 40 normal pregnancy women were used as a control.RIA analysis was used to determine the serum level ofβ-HCG and progesterone.Results:Interval increasing rate of β-HCG and serum level of progesterone with 48 hours was ( 28 .5 ±2 .4 )% and (22.6±1.8)nmol/L in EP group, which was lower than that in control group(124.6±7.5)%and (115.7± 6.9)nmol/L, P<0.01.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of progesterone detection was 69.6%, 70. 0%, and 69 .8%.The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of β-HCG detection was 71 .4%, 72 .5% and 71 .9%.The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of β-HCG combined with progesterone detection was 92 . 9%, 92 .5%and 92 .7%, which was better than that of β-HCG or progesterone detection .Conclusion:The β-HCG combined with progesterone detection can be used to early diagnosis of EP, and which was wor-thy to promote the clinical application .关键词
