脑卒中术后偏瘫患者康复治疗临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the importance of rehabilitation on the recovery of patients with hemi-plegia.Method:From May 2011 -May 2012 in our hospital,100 patients with hemiplegia were selected, They were divided in to control group, and observation group, 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group will only adopt conventional department of internal medicine therapy and the observed group will adopt comprehensive treatment on the base of the measure in contrast group.To observe and contrast the recovery of patients in two groups .Result:The grade of the anxiety-depression , neurologic impairment of patients af-ter recovery therapy in observation group was obviously lower than that of the contrast group.The incidence rate of complication of patients in observation group was 6 .00%, which was obviously lower than that of the contrast group.The result had a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation on the re-covery of patients with hemiplegia in department of internal medicine after the operation whose rehabilitation efficacy is obvious possess important value.It is valuable to be applied clinically.关键词
