呲柔比星膀胱内灌注在膀胱癌术后治疗中的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of pirarubicin ( THP) through intravesical perfusion after the surgery of bladder cancer and provide reference for clinical treatment .Method:85 transitional cell carcino-ma of bladder patients treated with surgery in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the patients accepted perfusion or not, They were divided into two groups.Patients in non-perfusion group were not underwent perfusion .Intravesical instillation of 30 mg of THP was given to patients in perfusion group once a week for 8 weeks, then subsequently once a month for 8 months.The patients were followed up and the treatment efficiency was evaluated .Result:1 year recurrence rate in perfusion group was 11 .3%, 2-year recurrence rate was 20.8%, 1-year recurrence rate in non-perfusion group was 46.9%, 2-year re-currence rate was 65.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After 10 months of treat-ment, the two groups of patients were adverse reactions of urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria and other symptoms of bladder irritation.There's statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Pirarubicin through intravesical perfusion after the surgery of bladder cancer can obviously re-duce postoperative recurrence rate.关键词
