不孕不育患者负性情绪状态调查及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the negative emotions state of patients with sterility infertility and analyze its influence factors.Methods:85 patients with sterility infertility from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as observation group ,85 healthy personal at the same period were selected as control group,then the IDA score and POMS score of two groups were compared ,and the evaluation results of observation group with different ages,disease course,social support and education degree were compared.Results:The IDA score and POMS score evaluation results of observation group were worse than those of control group,and IDA score and POMS score evaluation results of observation group was more than 35 years old,disease course was less than 10 years,lower social support and education degree were worse than those of other patients,all P<0.05, there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The negative emotions state of patients with sterility infertil-ity is obvious,and is influenced by the ages,disease course,social support and education degree greatly.关键词
