Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of continuing nursing care on the anxiety , depression , left ventricular minor axis decurtaion rate and left ventricular ejection fraction ( EF) in old patients with coro-nary heart disease .Method:100 patients meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group, 50 patients each group; the control group was given with usual care, while the observation group was supplemented with continuing nursing care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The differences in self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxie-ty scale ( SAS) scores, left ventricular EF and so on when entering the groups between the patients of the two groups were all statistically insignificant (P>0.05);in 6 months after entering the groups, the above indexes of patients of both groups were improved, but those of the observation group were improved more significantly ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Continuing nursing care can effectively release or eliminate the negative emotions , improve the heart functions , delay the progress of the disease , elevate the life quality of old patients with cor-onary heart disease , it is worth clinical application .关键词
