整体治疗躯体形式障碍的临床研究
Clinical Research of Holistic Therapy for the Treatment of Somatoform Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of holistic therapy for the treatment of somatoform disorder .Method:108 somatoform disorder patients who met the standard , were randomly divided into study group ( given holistic therapy ) and control group ( duloxetine treatment group ) for 8 weeks of system treat-ment and observation .And then evaluated the efficacy before treatment and 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after treat-ment, respectively by using the Hamilton Depression scale ( HAMD) total score and the anxiety /somatiza-tion factor and sleep factor score .Results:The total treatment effective rate of study group was 82.0%, com-pared with the control group ,two groups of HAMD total score and anxiety/somatization factors and sleep fac-tor score were significant different .Conclusion:The holistic therapy for the treatment of somatoform disorder is not only rapid onset , more effective , and with good treatment compliance in patients .关键词
