Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound B in the diagnosis of abdominal Crohn's disease and its complications .Method:36 cases with Crohn's disease were checked by ultrasound B examination to diagnose the lesion locations and properties .And by comparing with tissue pathological results , observed the B-mode ultrasonography features of Crohn's disease and the diagnosis accuracy .Result:Ultra-sound B diagnosis in Crohn's disease had a certain of characteristics , and the diagnostic accuracy was 83. 3%, the accuracy of localization was 100%;the diagnostic accordance rate of the complications was 82.1%. Conclusion:B-mode ultrasonography is valueable in diagnosing Crohn's disease , and operation is conven-ient, which may give priority to make preliminary diagnosis .关键词
