Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and toxicity of the three-dimensional conformal radiother-apy combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of locally advanced non-squamous lung cancer .Method:98 patients with non-squamous locally advanced lung cancer were selected from October 2009 to June 2012 .The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , and each group with 49 cases.The observation group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with pemetrexed , while the control group was only treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy .The clinical efficacy and the incidence of toxicity of the two groups were observed after treatment .Result: After treatment , the patients of the two groups had certain clinical affect .The effective rate of observation group was 63.3%higher than 32.7%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of tox-icity had no difference between the two groups , the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:The three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for locally advanced non -squamous lung cancer combined with pemetrexed can significantly improve the clinical efficacy , and the incidence of toxicity did not increase after treatment , it is worth to be general promoted and applied in clinical .关键词
