Abstract
Objective: To explore the correlation of mancular morphology and the changes in visual function of the patients with diabitic macular edema .Method:189 patients with changes in visual function of for disbitic macular edema in Dagang Oilfield general Hospital from July 2012 to May 2013,which was exper-iment group , and observed the patients ’ macular morphology .200 pantients the changes in visual function without disbitic macular edema were selected ,which was the control group ,and the eyes of the two groups were compared test glassed .Result: The retinal thickness of macular area A 1-A9 of the experiment group patients were respectively 398±56μm,389±65μm,383±49μm,390±85μm,392±59μm,299±48μm,301± 47μm,291±64μm,283±53μm, The retinal thickness of macular area A 1-A9 of the control group patients were respectively 158±12μm,242±1.5μm,231±16μm,245±14μm,246±14μm,210±16μm,199±10μm, 201±9μm,229±14μm.Conclusion:Mancular morphology is an important factor that affect visual function of the patients with diabitic macular edema .关键词
