兰索拉唑和奥美拉唑配合抗生素等治疗酒精型消化溃疡疗效对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole ;in Treatment of Alcohol-based Peptic Ulcers

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of lansoprazole for treatment of alcohol-based peptic ulcers.Method:146 patients with alcohol-based were divided into two groups , including the observa-tion group of 73 cases with lansoprazole and antibiotic treatment , while the control group of 73 cases with omeprazole antibiotics.Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 97.26%, significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the observation group with abdominal pain , acid reflux symptom had greater improvement than those of the control group ( P<0.05) .In addition, adverse reactions rate of observation group patients was 15.07%, significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Lansoprazole and antibiotic for treatment of alcohol-based peptic ulcers has a very sig-nificant effect , and it is worthy of widely used clinically .关键词
