Abstract
Objective:To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound real-time tissue elas-tography in diagnosing hepatic fibrosis secondary to chronic hepatitis B and analyze the clinical application value .Method:60 patients with chronic hepatitis B examined by liver biopsy pathological examination in our hospital.Result:Among 60 patients, 19 were pathologically staged at So of hepatic fibrosis , 16 at S1 stage, 10 at S2 stage, 7 at S3 stage and 8 at S4;20 were scored 1 by ultrasound real-time tissue elastography , 16 cases scored 2, 10 cases scored 3, 7 cases scored 4 and 7 cases scored 5.As revealed by pathological re-sults, 41 cases had hepatic fibrosis and 19 cases had no hepatic fibrosis;as judged by ultrasound real-time tissue elastography score , 40 cases had hepatic fibrosis and 20 cases had no hepatic fibrosis .The sensitivity of ultrasound real-time tissue elastography was 92.68%and the specificity was 89.47%.Conclusion:Using ultrasound real-time tissue elastography to evaluate hepatic fibrosis secondary to chronic hepatitis B has com-paratively high sensitivity and specificity , which is a new method for clinical diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis , non-invasive and repeatable , and has an important significance for lesion development observation in the pa-tients.关键词
