摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical factors predicting long-term survival after combination therapy of lamivudine with adefovir dipivoxil in hepatic carcinoma related to hepatitis B .Method:The clini-cal data of 55 patients with hepatic carcinoma who underwent combination therapy of lamivudine with adefovir dipivoxil from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed Retrospectively .The patients were divided into antiviral group ( 30 cases treated with lamivudine with adefovir dipivoxil ) and non-antiviral group ( 25 cases without antivirus therapy ) .Both of two group were treated with resection of liver cancer or transcatheter arterial chemoemboli-zation.Result:The survival time of antiviral group was longer than non-antiviral group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Combination therapy of lamivudine with adefovir dipivoxil in hepatic carcinoma related to hepatitis B can improve suvival time .关键词
