Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets and compound danshen dripping pills on unstable angina in elder patients .Method: A total of 100 elder patients with unstable angina were enrolled in this study .All the 100 cases were divided into two groups:isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets control group ( n=50 ) and isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with compound danshen dripping pills treatment group ( n=50) .The clini-cal effects and side effects were compared between the two groups .Result:The clinical effective rate in con-trol group and treatment group was 68.0%and 92.0%, respectively.The clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) .The rate of clinical adverse reactions in control group and treatment group was 30.0%and 12.0%, respectively .The clinical effective rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with compound danshen dripping pills showed more effectively clinical efficacy on treating unstable angina elder patients with lower adverse reactions , worthy to promote the clinical application .关键词
