垂体后叶素山莨菪碱联合治疗咯血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To study and compare the efficacy , side effects and treatment costs of two treat-ments, pituitrin combined with anisodamine or pituitrin alone , for patients with hemoptysis .Method:Data of 98 cases with hemoptysis due to bronchiectasis or pulmonary tuberculosis from 2006 to 2012 were reviewed. They were randomly divided into two groups , the efficacy and side effects between two groups were compared . Result:The treatment of test goup was excellent in 40 cases ( 80%) , effective in 8 cases ( 16%) and no effect in 2 cases (4%).The treatment of control group was excellent in 27 cases (56.3%), effective in 11 cases (22.9%) and no effect in 10 cases(20.8%).There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Pituitrin combined with anisodamine work quickly and effectively in patients with he-moptysis, and with a low cost .The treatment is suitable for applying in primary hospital .关键词
