摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasound on senile cirrhotic por-tal hypertension .Method:Chose 180 cases of patients who have had liver cirrhosis examination at our hospi-tal,were divided into senile group ( older than 60 years old) and non-senile group ( younger than 60 years old) ,each group with 90 cases;Adopted color doppler ultrasound to all of them ,then studied clinical diagno-sis effects of two groups .Results:Senile group accurate rate was 95.56%,it was obviously higher than non-senile group ( 74.44%);Senile group severe degree was 44.44%, it was evidently higher than non-senile group (16.67%).There's statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound has signifi-cant diagnosis value on senile cirrhotic portal hypertension ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
