摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intensive insulin therapy for 60 cases criti-cally ill patients with stress hyperglycemia .Method:120 cases of critically ill patients were randomly divided into SHG intensive insulin therapy group and the conventional treatment group (60 cases, respectively), and the effect were observed .Result: The blood glucose levels of the intensive therapy group were statistically lower than those of the conventional treatment group ( P<0.05 ) .The ICU treatment time , antibiotics use time, ventilation time and insulin pump time of the intensive therapy group were better than those of the con -trol group, all P<0.05.The complications included hypoglycemia and nosocomial infections , and the inci-dence of the both complications of the intensive therapy group were lower than that of the control group , ( P<0.05).There was statistically significant of the mortality rate between the two groups , (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The clinical efficacy of intensive insulin therapy for 60 cases critically ill patients with stress hypergly-cemia is satisfactory , which could effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of complications and reduce mortality.关键词
