Abstract
Objective:To dicuss the clinical effects of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the op-erating room.Method: Our hospital operating rooms implemented safety nursing intervention in January 2012 .So 1123 patients underwent surgery were select as observation group from January 2012 to December 2012 , and 1056 patients underwent surgery were select as control group from January 2011 to December 2011 .compared two groups of surgery nursing quality and nursing defects , the condition of the patients in surgical nursing satisfaction and medical accident situation .Result: After the implementation of nursing in-tervention mechanism , the defects incidence of observation group is only 0.36%, significantly lower than of control group is 4.36%( P <0.05) .Patient satisfaction of bservation group is 94.12%, significantly higher than that of control group is 70.64%( P <0.05) .In respect of medical accident due to the improper care , the incidence rate of observation group is 0.00%, significantly lower than the control group is 2.84%( P<0. 05).Conclusion:Safety nursing intervention mechanism can effectively reduce the nursing defects , reduce the medical accident due to improper care , effectively guarantee the patient survival and to improve patients'satisfaction and enhance the confidence of patients in the hospital .关键词
