摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the imaging feature and diagnostic value of double invesion recov-ery (DIR) MR imaging in intractable epilepsy.Method: The clinical data,EEG and imaging manifestation of 7 cases with intractable epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed on the signal intensity on DIR sequence . Result:Abnormal DIR signal intensities of the DIR images were observed in 6 patients with complex partial seizure , none of abnormal DIR signal intensities of the DIR images was observed in 1 patient with generalized tonic clonic seizure .Conclusion: DIR can show superior delineation of gray matter and white matter .DIR MR imaging can be valuable for characterizing epileptic foci and may contribute to presurgical evaluation in the intractable epilepsy patients .关键词
