低磁场 MRI对合并椎体内裂样变骨质疏松压缩骨折的诊断价值
The Diagnostic Value of Low Magnetic Field MRI of Intravertebral Clefts in OVCFs

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of low magnetic field MRI of intravertebral clefts in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractwres ( OVCFs) .Method: Retrospectively reviewed the data of 56 patients undergone percutaneous vertebroplasty for OVCFs , and evaluated the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic performance with low magnetic field MRI .Result:The sensitivity and specificity of low magnet-ic field MRI were high .While the sensitivity of CEMRI was higher than that of non-enhanced MRI , and the specificity of non-enhanced MRI was higher than that of CEMRI .Conclusion:Low magnetic field MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis of intravertebral clefts in OVCFs .关键词
