妊娠中晚期阴道菌群与妊娠结局的相关性研究
The Relationship between Vaginal Microflora in the Third-trimester and the Outcomes of Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the pregnancy middle-late crowd, vaginal flora distribution and the relationship between the pregnancy outcome , and observe the trial-produce success and the thickness of the lower uterine segment cesarean delivery woman .Method: In our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 , 28-35 weeks of pregnancy middle-late patients .On the basis of vaginal flora the pregnancy was divid-ed into normal group and abnormal group .Compare two groups of patients with pregnancy outcome .Result:The abnormal group flora distribution trichomonad 7 cases (8.75), candida 51 cases (63.75), chlamydia in 11 cases (13.75), gonococcus in 2 cases (2.50), 9 cases of bacterial vaginal disease (11.25).Abnormal groups in adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonates was significantly higher than that of normal group ( P <0.05) .And abnormal group , adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with symptoms and neonates was signif-icantly higher than that of asymptomatic patients ( P <0.05) .Conclusion: Pregnancy middle-late vaginal flora with candida yeast infection most , premature rupture of membranes can obviously increase , neonatal in-fection, and the probability of puerperal infection .关键词
