患者年龄性别文化程度对运用 Vita3 D和牙龈比色板行瓷修复的满意度影响研究
The Influence of Age Gender Education Level on Patient's Satisfaction by Using Vita3D and Gingival Shade Guide for Ceramic Restorait ons

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of age , gender , education level on patient ’ s satisfaction by using Vita3D and Gingival shade guide for ceramic restorations , to provide a reference for improving the patient’s satisfaction rate.Method:From December 2009 to February 2014, 150 cases of accepted ceramic restorations treatment patients accepted retrospective analysis .Used Vita3D and Gingival shade guide to col-orimetric and record the results , the effects of age , gender and educational level on patient ’ s satisfaction rate were observed and analyzed .Result:All ages of the two group ’ s patient satisfaction rates were increased by the age, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05);in Gingival shade guide , the satisfac-tion rate was not less than the Vita 3D group, with the age increasing , the difference was not more obvious ,the most significant ages were the patients of 20 to 39 years old .The patient satisfaction rate in the Gingival shade guide was higher than Vita 3D group in different gender , but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant ( P>0.05);there was no significant difference of patient satisfaction between different sexes ( P>0.05) .There was no significant difference of patient satisfaction between different education levels (P>0.05).And there was no significant difference between different education levels in different shade guide .Conclusion:There is no affect on the satisfaction by Vita 3D and gingival shade guide between different sex and education level.But the use of gingival shade guide could help improve satisfaction rate .关键词
