摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of rib fracture open reduction and internal fixation .Method:42 patients treated with the rib fracture open reduction and internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively from Jan.2013 to Dec.2013 in our hospital.Result: The operation group was significantly lower than the control group in the foregoing aspects except the incidence rate of pulmonary complications (P<0.01).The incidence rate of pulmonary complications of the operative group was lower than the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The internal fixation can be the first choice for patients suffering from multiple fractures of the rib.It can fix and reset the fractures very well .It also can relieve pain effectively and reduce the incidence rate of complications.At the same time, the patients can make a quicker recovery .关键词
