TP 方案同期联合3DCRT 治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of paclitaxel and nedaplatin chem-otherapy in combination with concurrent radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma of stage Ⅲ and IVa. Method:A total of 60 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into group TP ( n=30) and group PF(n=30).The two groups were treated with regimens every 3 weeks or 4 weeks as a cycle.The two groups of patients received two or three cycles .The chemotherapy of the two groups begin with the first day of radiotherapy .Both groups were given the same radiotherapy .and then evaluated the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups .Result: The 1-year recurrence from local regional failure survival rate , l-year distant metastasis rate , 1-year of tumor related mortality and 1-year free distant metastasis survival rate of group TP and group PF were respectively 3.33%, 3.33%, 3.33%, 96.33%and 6.67%, 3.33%, 3.33%,90. 00%.There was no difference between them in statistics (P>0.05).There was no differenc between the two groups in hematolgic toxicity and hepatotoxicity in statistics ( P>0.05) .Group PF was worse than group TP in the oral mucosa reaction and vomiting ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:There was no difference between TP and PF in the efficacy in statistics .TP was better than PF in the adverse reactions .关键词
