摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in retention enema treatment of ul-cerative colitis.Method:Selected 104 patients of ulcerative colitis from Feb .2012 to Feb.2013 in our hos-pital, which were randomly divided into study group and control group , each group with 52 cases.Patients in the control group were taken the routine nursing care of patients with retention enema , study group took the nursing intervention .Result:After the treatment and comfortable nursing intervention , the total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%, significantly higher than that in control group 80.77%( P<0.05 ) .study group through the comfortable nursing intervention , patient satisfaction was 98.08%, significantly higher than that in control group 71.15%(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing can effectively guarantee the treatment efficiency , improve the quality of nursing care , it is suitable for clinical popularization and applica-tion.关键词
