Abstract
Objective:To investigate the sterilization effects of different air sterilization methods on the air in the sterile area of supply room .Method:The sterile area ( room A and room B ) of a supply room was air-sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation and an air disinfection cleaner by field experimentation method respec-tively, and the sterilization effects were compared .Result:Before sterilization , the counts of cultured bacteri-al colony of bacteria sampled from the air of room A and room B were similar , and the difference was statisti-cally insignificant ( P>0.05);In 0min, 30min, 60min and 120min after sterilization, the counts of cultured bacterial colony of bacteria sampled from the air of room B were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At the end of sterilization, the death rate of the natural bacteria in the air sterilized by the air disinfection cleaner reached 97.58%, while that steri-lized by ultraviolet irradiation was 91.62%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Con-clusion:Air sterilizations of the sterile area of a supply room by ultraviolet irradiation and an air disinfection cleaner can both meet the national requirements , but the effects of an air disinfection cleaner are better , and the total bacterial count in the air sterilized by an air disinfection cleaner rebounds more slowly .关键词
