京尼平交联明胶多孔支架的制备及降解
Fabrication and Degradation Study of Genipin Crosslinked Gelatin Scaffold
摘要
Abstract
Genipin crosslinked gelatin scaffolds with different crosslinking degrees were fabricated using phase separation technique and a freeze-drying method.The results indicated the crosslinking degrees were increased to 65.3%when the concentration of genipin was 20 mg/mL.The scaffold displayed high interconnected porous micro-structure and the pore size was decreased at a low crosslinking degree.In vitro degradation test showed the degrada-tion rate was controlled by crosslinking degree of gelatin scaffold.关键词
