真空压力对油水分离的影响研究
Influence of vacuum pressure on the water/oil separation
摘要
Abstract
In order to obtain influence law caused by vacuum pressure to the dynamic characteristics of water/ oil separation, a mathematical and physical model on the oil/water separation flow field of the oil purifier and a phase transition equation on the motion and evaporation water droplet are established on basis of the consideration on such factors as the three-phase flow of oil/water/vapor and the evaporation phase change of water droplet;the influences of different vacuum pressure on oil/water/vapor three-phase volume fraction distribution and the axial dehydration rate are analyzed in the water/oil separation process, the dynamic characteristics of the oil/water/vapor three-phase flow in the case of different vacuum pressure is indicated, and the efficiency of dehydration of the water/oil separa-tion is obviously enhanced by vacuum pressure, and these will provide a theoretical foundation for the further re-search of the water/oil separation mechanism of the vacuum oil purifier.关键词
