城市路网下应急救援路径选择方法
Routing problem for emergency rescue vehicles in urban road networks

Abstract
Urban traffic situations can become highly uncertain , because of bad road conditions or traffic jams , which can lead to unpredictable emergencies .By introducing the influencing factors of road network reliability and travel time reliability , a routing model was established to help with emergency rescues , which is combined with time variability of the traffic assignment based on bi-level programming .Furthermore , the mathematical formulations representing emergency circumstances were proposed and simulated .The results demonstrate the effectiveness of our bi-level rescue routing model by comparing it with the traditional single-target routing model through simulated ex-periments .And the travel time delay is significantly reduced , which means an improved efficiency with the emer-gency rescue response .关键词
