转向架悬挂参数的测试方法
Test method for bogie suspension parameters

Abstract
Dynamic performance of vehicle is directly affected by the stiffness parameters of the bogie's suspension parameters.Aiming at the test method of bogie's suspension parameters , which were in the preparation conditions , the structure of the new test bench and the force of the bogie when it was tested were described .The 3-axis stiffness test models for the bogie were put forward , and were based on the actual operation simulation of the vehicle .The control instructions of the actuators were obtained via inverse displacement analysis , which supplied the control in-put for the electro-hydraulic servo system .While considering one specific vehicle bogie as an example , the test of the primary suspension vertical stiffness was completed , and the characteristic curve and value of the primary sus-pension vertical stiffness were derived .It was discovered that the vertical stiffness of axle box #1 was 1.15 MN/m, the vertical stiffness of axle box #2 was 1.18 MN/m, the vertical stiffness of axle box #3 was 1.143 MN/m, and the vertical stiffness of axle box #4 was 1.222 MN/m.The results proved the correctness of the test model .When exami-ning the calculated results and the experimental data , the credibility and accuracy of the test results were verified .关键词
