Abstract
Aim:To detect the expressions of chemokine receptor-7 ( CCR7 ) and integration of glomerular epithelial membrane protein (Podoplanin) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of CCR 7 and Podoplanin in 40 cases of ESCC and their adjacent normal e-sophageal mucosal tissue ,and the relationship of CCR 7,lymphatic microvessel density ( MLVD) and their clinicopathologi-cal characteristics was analyzed .Results: The positive expression rate of CCR 7 and MLVD in ESCC tissue were higher than those in adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissue (χ2 =23.310, P<0.001;Z=5.416, P<0.001);the expressions of Podoplanin in positive ESCC group was higher than that in negative ESCC group of (t=3.478, P<0.001).The expres-sions of CCR7 and Podoplanin were related with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of ESCC (χ2 =6.114, P=0.013;χ2 =4.352, P=0.035;t=3.668, P<0.001;t=4.888, P<0.001).Conclusion:The increased expressions of CCR7 and Podoplanin may promote the invasion and lymph node metastasis of ESCC .关键词
