Abstract
Aim:To evaluate the applicability of coping strategy scale for family members in family members of the pa -tients from Department of Emergency .Methods:A total of 242 family members of the patients from Department of Emer-gency were recruited to complete the revised coping strategy scale for family members .The collected data were analyzed by statistic software .Results:The Cronbach'sαand split-half coefficient for the coping strategy scale for family members were 0.873 and 0.809, respectively.The content validity index was 0.87;the correlation coefficient between the two dimensions and the whole scale was 0.498,0.761,and 0.782, respectively; the two-factor models fit well.Conclusion: The coping strategy scale for family members is a valid and reliable instrument to use in clinic .关键词
