Abstract
Aim:To explore the effects of contract management on social support and quality of life in home peritoneal dialysis patients .Methods:A total of 80 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , with 40 cases in each group .The control group was given routine health education .On the basis of this , the experimental group was given contract management , including agreement management , individual management and fam-ily assistance management .Three months after the intervention , the intervention effects of two groups were detected by the scores of the social support rating scale and short form 36 health survey questionnaire .Results: The differences between before and after the contract management in scores of the social support and the quality of life of the two groups were signifi -cant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Application of contract management in home peritoneal dialysis patients could improve the social support and quality of life .关键词
