摘要
Abstract
Aim:To assess the value of indexes ( endometrial thickness , endometrial volume , endometrial and subendo-metrial blood flow) measured by 3D ultrasound in predicting outcomes in women having transfer of cryopreserved embryos . Methods:A total of 226 cycles were included in this study .On the day of embryo transfer ,endometrial thickness , endometrial volume, endometrial and subendometrial blood flow were measured under 3D ultrasound. The patients were grouped according to the pregnancy outcomes in order to analyze the relationships between each index and outcomes .Results:The cycle preg-nancy rate was 33.6%(76/226).There were significant differences in endometrial flow index (FI)(t=5.667,P=0.014), endometrial volume(t=2.128,P=0.034)between pregnant [(22.199 ±5.961), (4.181 ±1.899) mL] and non-pregnant [(19.813 ±8.368), (3.678 ±1.557) mL] patients.Meanwhile, the differences of endometrial thickness , endometrial VI, VFI, and subendometrial FI, VI, VFI between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05).Furthermore,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness , volume, endometrial VI, FI,VFI, or subendometrial VI,FI,VFI between in-trauterine and ectopic pregnancy groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Measurements of volume and endometrial FI by 3D ultra-sound could forecast pregnancy outcomes .However , they could not forecast conception position .关键词
