Abstract
Aim:To compare the value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) imaging in the staging of endometrial cancer .Methods:A total of 58 patients with endometrial cancer were collected .The preoperative magnetic resonance imaging including T 1 and T2 weighted imaging , DWI ( b=0 and 700 s/mm2 ) and DCE im-aging were analyzed .The difference between DWI , DCE imaging diagnosis of overall staging and myometrial invasion was observed.Results:For the assessment of myometrial invasion , DCE imaging overall accuracy was 77.6%(45/58), DWI overall accuracy was 91.4%(53/58) (χ2paired =6.356,P=0.015).Compared with pathological results , Kappa value for DWI was 0.807(P<0.001) and that for DCE imaging was 0.587(P<0.001).Conclusion:In myometrial invasion and staging, DWI has higher accuracy than DCE imaging .关键词
