摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the mechanism of progesterone acts on genesis of uterine leiomyoma .Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expressions of progesterone receptor ( PR)-M,PR-A,PR-B and porin in 28 cases of uterine leiomyoma(leiomyoma group,LG) and their corresponding myometrium (control group,CG).Results:The mRNA levels of PR-M, porin, PR-A and PR-B were higher in LG compared with those in CG (t=23.935,12.811,10.059 and 9.332,P<0.001).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between PR -M and porin mRNA in LG(r=0.431,P=0.022).Conclusion:PP-M may act through genomic and nongenomic actions in the genesis and growth of uter-ine leiomyoma .关键词
