摘要

Abstract

Aim:To determine the influence of chronic psychological stress on intestinal barrier and to investigate the contents of D-lactic and DAO increased significantly in the stress group , while those in Bifdobacterium infantis group, Clos-tridium butyricum group, glutamine group and combination group significantly reduced compared with the stress group espe -cially the combination group(F=5.950,13.214,P<0.001).The expression levels of ZO-1 and Occludin mRNA and pro-tein in the stress group were lower than that in the normal group in small intestine and colon ,which were increased signifi-cantly,in the other intervention groups especially the combination group had the highest expression ( small intestine:F=741.007,511.112,291.083, 6077.64, P<0.001;colon:F=527.769,411.6881, 244.748,583.786,P<0.001).Con-clusion:The disturbance of intestinal function occurs , and intestinal permeability increases in mice suffered from chronic psychological stress .Bifdobacterium infantis, Clostridium butyricum and glutamine could alleviate the disturbance .
