护士人文素质评价量表的编制及信效度检验
Establishment and analysis of reliability and validity of nurses humanistic quality rating scale

Abstract
Aim:To establish a scale suitable for assessing the status of nurses'humanistic quality , and to examine and analyze its reliability and validity .Methods:The original scale was formed based on literature review , expert consulta-tion and existing humanistic quality assessment tools for nursing undergraduates , then 362 nurses were surveyed with the o-riginal scale to test its reliability and validity .After examination a final scale was formulated .Results:The range of corre-lation coefficient between each scale dimension and score was 0.799-0.918(P<0.05), the Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the scale was 0.954, and the Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.871.Six factors were extracted in exploratory factor anal-ysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.034%.Conclusion:This scale has good reliability and validity , and could be used as the assessment tool for evaluating the clinical nurses'humanistic quality .关键词
