摘要

Abstract

In this article,some queries were put forward for ASTM1016/A1016M-2011a standard,such as high frequency induction welding method of austenitic stainless steel tube,unspecified alloying element contained in stainless steel pipe chemical composition,and some required terms for steel tube flaring test. Combined with the relevant background material or European standards,some analysis and discussion were conducted. Finally,it pointed out that HFW method of austenitic stainless steel tube is still an immature technology. And new understanding for unspecified elements contained in chemical composition of stainless steel tube was received,including reasonable flaring test parameters of Cr-Mo steel tube.
