Synthesis of 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone with response surface method
摘要
Abstract
The 9,10-cyclomethylene pseu doionone was obtained through Simmons-Smith reaction using pseudoionone and halogenated hydrocarbons as raw materials. The structure of product was determined by IR , GC and GC-MS. Effects of different factors on the yield of product were investigated,including the amount and species of catalyst,and reaction temperature. The best condition was as follows:n(pseudoionone)∶n(diiodomethane)∶n(diethyl zinc)=1∶1∶1.8,ice bath time 4.7 h,reflux time 5.2 h,ice bath temperature-5 ℃,reaction solvent dichloromethane,and pseudoionone’s molar concentration of 0.2 mol/L,under which the yield of 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone reached 76.2%.关键词
