Abstract
Petroleum geology is an important part of both national petroleum strategy and petroleum security, and must be paid more attention. Petroleum geology comes from practice, but experience from practice is inadequate for scientific understanding with further exploration and development. Knowledge of structures, hydrocarbon generation and accumulation got from sedimentation cannot explain hydrocarbon development and accumulation in crystalline basement and volcanic rock. New study shows that metal and nonmetal deposits and reservoirs have close relation to deep structures and deep fluid, providing new idea for developing petroleum geology. The European Huygens detector discovered methane lake in Titan, proving that petroleum is not only a geologic subject but also an astronomic subject. Thus learning new achievement of different subjects to innovatively develop Chinese petroleum geology is an urgent issue to guarantee national petroleum security.关键词
