摘要
Abstract
Considering the environmental stress screening ( ESS ) for different products reflects non-versatile and dynamic characteristic , based on the screening method specified in GJB 1032 , combined with the specific character of a certain type of missile , an initial ESS scheme for a certain guiding system is de-signed .Then, appropriate adjustment to the ESS scheme is made according to the screening effectiveness . Finally, the final screening result is analyzed in detail , and the effectiveness of the ESS scheme is evalua-ted from the following three aspects: the fault distribution in different grades , fault type distribution and the influence on the loss of service life .The effectiveness of the final ESS scheme is verified .关键词
