摘要
Abstract
The research on thermal stress produced in the course of cooling process after curing of SRM grain has important significance , owing to it has important influence on structural integrity of propel-lant.Considering effect of convective heat transfer , the thermo-mechanical coupling process of star grain during cooling course is simulated with the finite element software .The transient temperature distribution affected by time of cooling process is analyzed and thermal stress and strain for danger area is presented . In addition, the time needed in the cooling process after curing is acquired and the two results with differ-ent thermal boundary are compared and discussed as well .All the work is an available reference for struc-tural integrity analysis of propellant grains with thermal load applied .关键词
