Failure Analysis of Evaporator Blade
摘要
Abstract
Since vacuum thin-iflm evaporator in some facility has individual blade failure fracture, metal urgical check is made on fracture surface of the blade and its failure causes are thoroughly analyzed from macro and microcosmic aspects. Crack initiation and growth mechanism is discussed in this paper. It points out that blade failure is caused by processing defects and low-cycle fatigue rapture under alternating stress, and excitation sources were transient impact force and friction occurring when blade and internal wal impacted and rubbed with each other, which brought blade under vibration stress fatigue fracture. Speciifc modiifed measures are provided in the paper by virtue of operating conditions and thus reliability of facility is improved.关键词
