Abstract
Through comparison and identification of existing cases,features of various gastric foreign bodies in X-ray radiographs was analyzed to provide the foundation for clinical diagnosis. X-ray radiographs of gastric foreign bodies cases were taken,classified, compared and analyzed by observing X-ray diagnostic effect on gastric foreign body of different size,shape and density. Results showed that the X-ray radiographs could clearly and visually display gastric foreign body of high density and accurately fix the position of gastric foreign body,but gastric foreign bodies with low density couldn′t be imaged nearly in X-ray radiograph. The foreign bodies with low density might be imaged in X-ray radiographs by using contrast agent. Although foreign bodies with medium density could show X-ray films,and its outline wasn′t very clear. Conclusions obtained that gastric foreign bodies of high and medium density in X-ray radiographs was significantly better than that in low density,and low density foreign bodies after using contrast agents could accurately fix.关键词
