基于Pro/E石油井口排污装置优化设计与仿真分析
Optimal Design and Simulation Analysis Based on Pro/E Petroleum Wellhead Drainage Device
摘要
Abstract
At present,impurity with drilling fluid often sprayed from wellhead in the process of oil extraction,which was called return slag phenomenon. The petroleum wellhead drainage device was designed to solve drilling return slag. Pro/E optimization/dynamic simulation design was used to establish the three-dimensional model of pollution,optimize the design of the geometric parameters and analyze dynamic simulation. The results showed that this device could guide the drilling fluid and impurities into the specified pipeline,and it had good safety performance and convenient operation to solve the flowing phenomenon in the drilling.关键词
