Recent Advances in Determination Methods of Antimicrobial Drug Residues
摘要
Abstract
The determination of antimicrobial drug residues was an important part of food safety supervision systems. In order to establish safe,efficient and reliable monitoring systems,many rapid,sensitive and efficient methods of detection antimicrobial drug residues appeared gradually in recent years,which promoted the technological development of antimicrobial drug residues detection. Firstly,this paper evaluated the safety risk of antimicrobial drug residues and reviewed recent advances in determination methods of antimicrobial drug residues. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of biosensor,LC-MS/MS,molecularly imprinted polymer and microarray were comparatively analyzed,and the future prospect of these technologies were expected.关键词
