Abstract
University-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning mode was an effective way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents ,through long-term and effective cooperation ,the high quality education resources of vocational colleges and material resources of enterprises could be make a full use ,and achieved multiple purpo-ses and mutual benefits .The significance ,targets and implementing methods of university-enterprise coopera-tion and work-integrated learning personnel training mode were discussed for agricultural vocational colleges , and the final results were reviewed briefly .关键词
