静置培养BHK-21细胞生长及代谢动力学研究
Growth and Metabolism Kinetic Research of BHK-21 Cells in Stationary Culture
摘要
Abstract
In order to research the grow th and metabolism kinetic characteristics of BHK-21 cells ,low cell densi-ty cultured method was used to determine cell density and vitality every day .The contents of Gluc ,Lac ,Gln , and NH4 + in medium were determined by multi-parameter biochemical analyzer ,and the specific metabolic rate were calculated .The results showed that the growth curve of BHK-21 cells was “S” type ,the largest density was 50 .3 × 104 upf·mL-1 and the doubling time was 21 .1 h .Specific consumption rate of Gluc and Gln were-3 .79 mg·(106 cells)-1 ·d-1 and -9 .95μmol·(106 cells)-1 ·d-1 in logarithmic phase ,and specific generation rate of Lac and NH4 + were 2 .81 mg·(106 cells)-1·d-1 and 6 .30 μmol·(106 cells)-1·d-1 .关键词
