Abstract
HPLC fingerprint of Celosia cristata L .was established to provide a reliable meth-od for the science appraisal and active control its quality .The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Dikma C18 chromatobar column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), gradient elu-tion with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution , volume flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, under the detection wave length of 257 nm, and record time of 90 min.Data was analyzed to compare the similarity of the samples for identifying the main chromatographic peaks further-more .The chromatographic fingerprint of 10 batches of Celosia cristata L .showed 16 charac-teristic peaks, with the similarity above 0.9.The qualities of Celosia cristata L .in different batches were in a good similarity .The method can be applied to quality of Celosia cristata L .关键词
